Terminal operations

At our terminals, your goods can be transshipped between rail, road and vessel. Our customers appreciate that we have a close distance between storage and container handling. At Port of Uddevalla you can get assistance with storage, stuffing, stripping, transports and and more. We can offer you an unbeatable combination of services.

Port of Uddevalla is strategically located, with the proximity to the E6, national highway 44 and national highway 45. In this way, it is a environmentally friendly alternative to use our terminal instead of long-distance road transport. Not least for the important transit traffic to Norway.

Within our terminal operations, we have the opportunity to offer services such as reloading between different mode of transport, setup and distribution for our customers. We can also assist with various types of additional services such as customs handling, stuff planning, marking, bagging and sampling. For an even more flexible service, we have access to a variety of machines in our terminal operations, from small electric trucks to reach stackers that can handle upwards of 100 tons.

Operations in our land terminals are based on industrial products. Imported goods that arrive in containers, are stripped by us and the goods is then storedm before delivery and with call-off from our customer. At Port of Uddevalla we have good opportunities for storage, both indoors and outdoors. We are also accredited by the Swedish Customs Administration as a customs warehouse in connection with distribution services. This gives us a great opportunity to offer customized logistics services to our customers.
