Opening hours during Christmas and New Year holidays

Christmas and New Year are holidays in Sweden and work is normally not performed. All work during these days is to be considered as overtime work which is voluntary. Uddevalla Hamnterminal cannot guarantee availability of labours during these days, but we will do our outmost to give our clients the very best service.

24/12 Christmas Eve - No work, Port is closed

25/12 Christmas Day - No work, Port is closed

26/12 Boxing Day the day after Christmas Day - No ordinary work, all work is on overtime and on voluntary basis. Availability of labours cannot be guaranteed.

27/12 Tuesday - Normal working day, 07.00 -16.00 hours. Overtime can be arranged.

28/12 Wednesday - Normal working day, 07.00 -16.00 hours. Overtime can be arranged

29/12 Thursday - Normal working day, 07.00 -16.00 hours. Overtime can be arranged

30/12 Friday - Normal working day, 07.00 -16.00 hours. Overtime can be arranged

31/12 New Year’s Eve - No work, Port is closed

1/1 2022 New Year’s Day - No work, Port is closed

2/1 Monday - Normal working day, 07.00 -16.00 hours. Overtime can be arranged

3/1 Tuesday - Normal working day, 07.00 -16.00 hours. Overtime can be arranged

4/1 Wednesday - Normal working day, 07.00 -16.00 hours. Overtime can be arranged

5/1 Thursday - Normal working day, 07.00 -16.00 hours. Overtime can be arranged

6/1 Friday. Epiphany, thirteenth day of Christmas - No ordinary work, all work is on over-time and on voluntary basis. Availability of labours cannot be guaranteed.

7/1 – 8/1 Saturday & Sunday - No ordinary work, all work is on overtime and on voluntary basis. Availability of labours cannot be guaranteed. Overtime work may be possible, subject labour available for work at time of loading/discharging. Important to emphasize that all overtime is voluntary.
