Request for major repair permit

Request for permit for major repairs/immobilization in Port of Uddevalla. The request shall be sent to Uddevalla Hamnterminal minimum 24 hours before work should begin.

I accordance with local law for the Port of Uddevalla (2021-05-31):

§18: Before a larger repair and/or maintenance work or equivalent starts that could affect the commercial port, a permit is to be obtained from the Port Authorithy.

§19: Before a vessel is temporarily made unmanouverable through repair or equivalent, a permit is to be obtained from the Port Authority.

§21: Before propeller movements at the berth, a permit is to be obtained from the Port Authority.
